Tanushree Kirti

Tanushree (Tanu) Kirti currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the UK Private Bank Wealth Management & Crown Dependencies at Barclays since April 2025. Prior to this role, Tanu held multiple senior positions at Deutsche Bank from June 2016 to April 2025, including Managing Director roles focused on regulatory change and client lifecycle transformation within the International Private Bank. Tanu also co-founded and served as Director at MTC Consulting London Limited, providing risk consultancy services from December 2015 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Business Consultant at HSBC and a Management Consultant at Deloitte, where Tanu specialized in financial services transformation. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Operational Research from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
