Torsten Schoeneborn

Torsten Schoeneborn is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in trading and quantitative research. Currently serving as Co-Head of G10 FX Trading at Barclays since September 2023, Torsten previously held significant roles at BNP Paribas from March 2021 to August 2023, including Global Co-Head of Electronic Equities & Portfolio Trading and Global Head of Electronic Platform & Quant PB. Prior to that, from August 2011 to February 2021, Torsten was Global Co-Head of Electronic Equities at Deutsche Bank, where roles also included Head of eFX spot quant trading and Spot eFX quantitative trader. Torsten's career began as a Quantitative Researcher at Man Group from September 2008 to August 2011, following an early role as Consultant and Engagement Manager at Mercer Oliver Wyman from March 2004 to September 2006.
