Mary McDougald

Mary McDougald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Barco since January 2007, Mary oversees the North America Customer Operations team and drives performance success through process improvements and customer-centric strategies. Prior roles at ISI included positions such as Customer Operations Manager and Marketing Coordinator, where Mary excelled in establishing marketing budgets and executing innovative advertising campaigns. Earlier in the career, Mary served as the Director of Member Services at Medical Staff Development, significantly enhancing product knowledge and increasing membership recruitment and retention. Mary holds a Master's degree in Health Sciences from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Florida State University.
