Rudi Bellen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rudi started their career at 3M Belgium as a Sales Representative for Diagnostic Imaging Systems. Rudi then moved on to various roles at Alcon Belgium, Alcon Hungary, Alcon Turkey, and Alcon France, where they held positions such as General Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager. Rudi then joined CBS as a Project Management and Business Development Director, focusing on creating solutions for tracking and tracing drugs in the life sciences industry. Rudi later worked at Philips Healthcare Benelux as a District Manager, responsible for sales and customer service teams. Rudi subsequently joined Philips Health Systems Belux as a Business Development Manager, where they proposed integrated solutions and partnerships using digital data integration and artificial intelligence. Most recently, they served as the Managing Director at RB Consultancy, providing consultancy and interim leadership services in the healthcare industry. Currently, Rudi is the Sales Director Key Accounts EMEA, Healthcare at Barco, leading the EMEA Key Account team and bringing innovation in visualization through their product portfolio.

Rudi Bellen completed a Master's degree in Physical Education from Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 1981 to 1985. Rudi then pursued a Master's degree in Management from the same university, which they completed from 1989 to 1991. Later, they obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Essec & Mannheim Business School from 2011 to 2013.
