Rhian Haf Evans currently serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Communications at Barcud since November 2020 and holds a position on the Board of Trustees at HAHAV since March 2023. Prior to these roles, Rhian worked at TAI CEREDIGION CYFYNGEDIG as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Communication for a brief period in late 2020 and served as the Human Resources Manager at Tai Ceredigion from April 2014 to November 2020. Rhian's career in human resources began at Cyngor Sir CEREDIGION County Council, where Rhian held the position of Human Resources Officer from March 2001 to April 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Glamorgan and attendance at Lampeter Comprehensive School from 1982 to 1987.

On the 1st of November 2020, Tai Ceredigion and Mid-Wales Housing association merged and the newly formed housing association is called Barcud. By bringing together expertise, experience and vision, Barcud will be the backbone for providing affordable housing to rent, rent-to-own and buy in the heart of Wales. Barcud is a not for profit housing association. Every penny is ploughed back into providing first class homes in our communities across Powys, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
