Kim Wolf

Kim Wolf has over 24 years of experience in training and employee development, currently serving as the Director of People Experience at Excite Credit Union since September 1999. In this role, Kim has led the creation and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills in areas such as performance, leadership development, and change management, utilizing various instructional methods. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing materials, and ensuring compliance with regulations while driving continuous improvement through the integration of best practices. Prior experience includes roles as a Trainer and Training & Development Manager at Excite Credit Union and as a Personal Account Associate and Assistant Manager at SunTrust Bank. Kim holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from David Lipscomb University.
