Erica L. Kane

Erica L. Kane serves as the Associate Director of Experiential Learning at Bard College, having been promoted to this role within the Bard NYC program. This program includes the Bard Globalization and International Affairs Program (BGIA) and five additional study pathways, providing broader academic and pre-professional opportunities for students. Previously, Erica held the position of Deputy Director for BGIA, overseeing a study away program in New York City. Prior experience includes roles such as Administrative Assistant at Cornell University and Director of Operations at Hudson Valley Research Laboratory, where Erica managed day-to-day operations and liaised with the Board of Directors. Additional experience encompasses positions with the New York State Assembly and Senate, along with multiple roles involving research and community outreach. Erica holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Arcadia University.
