Nicholas works with both faculty and students on building a climate of inclusion and community; with Director of Inclusive Pedagogy, Michael Sadowski, and Director of College Writing, Philip Pardi, as well as the CFCD around faculty development work, professional development and diversity, equity and inclusion; troubleshoots communication issues and policy considerations at the curricular and co-curricular levels; supports First-Year Seminar and core curriculum in terms of student experience and sense of belonging; and represents the Dean of College office in place making initiatives.
