Vicki Greenler Phr

Vicki Greenler, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Vicki most recently served as the Vice President, People and Culture at Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., where they were responsible for aligning HR initiatives across all Bard facilities and overseeing corporate environmental, health, and safety activities. Prior to that, Vicki held the position of Director of Human Resources at Bard, where they worked closely with senior managers to develop and execute HR programs that supported the company's objectives. Before joining Bard, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Titan Tire Corporation of Bryan and ITW Powertrain Components (Tomco), where they had responsibilities in talent management, employee development, compensation, and employee relations. Vicki also has experience in the education sector, having worked in administration at Bryan City Schools. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong expertise in HR policies and procedures, legal compliance, and company culture.

Vicki Greenler, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Capella University. Vicki also holds an Associate of Applied Business degree in Business Management from Northwest State Community College. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications, including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in December 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2013. Most recently, in September 2022, they became a member of the SHRM Executive Network.
