Bailey Potter is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in diverse roles across several companies. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at BR+A Consulting Engineers since May 2021, Bailey previously held positions as Marketing Coordinator at the same firm and Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Limbach Company. Prior to that, Bailey was a Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Intern at BOND Brothers, Inc., where skills in data management and proposal creation were developed. Earlier experiences include bartending at Scampo and Harvard Gardens, and nonprofit work at All Care VNA, where roles included Volunteer Coordinator, Development Coordinator, and Assistant to the Director of Development. Bailey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Salem State University.

BR+A was founded in Boston, Massachusetts in 1975 by Gene Bard, Arjun Rao, and Ted Athanas. With just 11 MEP design engineers and a few rooms packed with drafting tables, they built a firm that would become respected for solid engineering and even stronger relationships. Over the past four decades, we’ve been through a few transitions. While many things have changed, a lot is still the same. Today, we operate eight offices nationwide and employ hundreds of dedicated team members, but we are still proud to be an employee-owned firm. And although we’ve traded our drafting tables for BIM, AutoCAD and Revit, we continue to make MEP excellence the core of our practice—while helping our clients explore innovative design solutions.
