Ashlyn Moll

Ashlyn Moll, PHR, currently holds the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Bardavon, where Ashlyn supports initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Ashlyn also collaborates on employee recognition and wellness programs. Prior to this, Ashlyn worked as an HR and Recruiting Administrator at SPX Cooling Technologies, Inc., conducting background checks and supporting HR functions. Ashlyn also has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator, assisting with employee communications, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Ashlyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Kansas State University.
