Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Barefoot Books is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction and overseeing its operations. This team consists of key executives, including the VP of Finance & HR, who manages financial planning and human resources; the Co-founder and CEO, who drives overall vision and growth; and the VP of Publishing, who oversees the development and production of diverse, multicultural content for children. Together, they ensure the company remains dedicated to its mission of inspiring young readers through inclusive storytelling.
