Kristy Allison-McDonald (AACI, P.App- Retired) is an experienced professional in real estate and land development, currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Barefoot Land Co. since August 2022. As the Owner and Chief Systems Operator of Brightwork Development, Kristy oversees projects in self-storage, car wash development, short-term rentals, and home flipping. Kristy has been involved in real estate investment and property management with BK Real Estate Investing since April 2015, co-leading a team focused on helping individuals create long-term wealth through real estate. Additionally, Kristy has experience in commercial and residential appraisals and has been a public speaker since 2012, sharing insights on resilience and goal setting following a life-changing boating accident in 1998.
