Sidi Drissi

Sidi Drissi is an accomplished executive in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as President of bareMinerals and Buxom Cosmetics at Advent International, and Chairman of the Power of Good Advisory Board since 2022. Previously, Sidi held significant roles at Coty, including Senior Vice President for Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin, where business development for direct-to-consumer brands was successfully led. Sidi also directed Coty's global marketing for make-up brands, overseeing a $2 billion business portfolio. Prior to Coty, Sidi was Global Vice President at Henkel, managing hair styling and curling brands, and held various marketing positions at Beiersdorf and L'Oréal. Sidi's educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, advanced business management training from IESE Business School, and participation in the Google Digital Leadership Program.
