Currently serving as General Manager at Baresque since October 2023, Michael previously held the position of Director, North America - Operations at Barrows North America and Director of Operations at Diesel Displays + Interiors. Michael's expertise includes developing operational policies, managing budgets, enhancing employee training programs, and driving growth initiatives. Prior to these roles, Michael accumulated extensive experience at BDS Marketing, LLC across various managerial positions, focusing on client services, project management, and training development. Michael began the career at Best Buy as a Department Supervisor and holds an Associate of Science degree in Biology from Midland College.
