Sascha Klement

Sascha Klement is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. As the Founder, Managing Director, and CTO of Bareways since May 2019, Klement has spearheaded innovative solutions in the technology sector. Prior to this role, Klement co-founded gestigon, leading the company from September 2011 to April 2019 in developing gesture control software aimed at revolutionizing interactions with electronic devices. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Leader at Pattern Recognition Company GmbH from December 2006 to March 2012, where responsibilities encompassed the management of R&D projects and the design and development of software for image processing. Klement holds a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Lübeck and an Abitur from Humboldt School in Kiel.
