Rick Keates Bsc (Hons)

Rick Keates BSc (Hons) has over 20 years of experience in operations and support roles, currently serving as Desktop and Application Support, Business System Administrator, and Packaging Controller at Barfoots of Botley Ltd since November 2013. Prior to this, Rick Keates worked at Roundstone Nurseries Ltd from January 2002 to October 2013, where key responsibilities included coordinating transport schedules, managing a logistics budget, and supporting various internal stakeholders. Rick Keates also contributed to Sussex Police as a Special Constable from March 2007 to September 2010, and began their career in customer service as a Reservations Agent with Flight Directors Scheduled Services in 2001. Rick Keates holds a BSc in Information Computing & Technology from The Open University.
