Tomasz Soja has extensive experience in production management, currently serving as a Team Manager at Barfoots of Botley Ltd since November 2007, where responsibilities include production improvement using lean tools. Previous roles at Barfoots include Team Leader, overseeing three production lines, Production Supervisor for a single line, and Quality Control, focusing on the verification of finished goods. Earlier experience includes work at Hall Hunter Partnership in various roles, such as Fields Irrigation and as a Picker for strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries from 2005 to 2007.
