Lewis Rossman is a seasoned culinary professional bringing extensive experience in hospitality and cuisine. As a Corporate Chef and Partner at Shenkman Hospitality Group since September 2013, Lewis oversees multiple restaurant operations, including Sam's Chowder House locations and Osteria Coppa.
