Lewis Rossman

Lewis Rossman is a seasoned culinary professional bringing extensive experience in hospitality and cuisine. As a Corporate Chef and Partner at Shenkman Hospitality Group since September 2013, Lewis oversees multiple restaurant operations, including Sam's Chowder House locations and Osteria Coppa. Lewis also holds the role of Executive Chef and Partner at Sam's ChowderMobile and Sam's Chowder House since 2006 and 2010, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Cetrella and as Executive Sous Chef at Acquerello. Lewis holds an Associate of Arts degree from the California Culinary Academy and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
