James Stewart is an experienced environmental consultant and project manager currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Bargas Environmental Consulting since January 2016. Previously, as President and CEO of ECORP Consulting, Inc. from 1989 to October 2015, James successfully coordinated the biological and cultural components of the entitlement process for significant projects totaling 10,000 acres, ensuring compliance with both CEQA and NEPA regulations.
