Joshua B.

Joshua B. is an experienced professional in civil engineering with a solid background in project and operations management. Currently serving as Project Engineer 2 at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. since July 2022, Joshua previously held the position of Operations Engineer at the Tennessee Department of Transportation from November 2016 to July 2022.
