Lovela (Velle) Ylagan

Velle Ylagan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 1997, they worked as a Programmer at NESIC PHIL, INC., where they developed software modules for call simulation and was involved in project development using Powerbuilder and Sybase SQL.
