Mihir Shah

Mihir Shah serves as the Director of Technology and Business Development at Baril Coatings USA since July 2022, following a role as Key Accounts Manager at allnex from February 2020 to July 2022, where customer management and support in the coatings and adhesives sectors were prominent. Prior experience includes acting as Director of Technology at Environmental Coatings Inc., leading R&D and product development initiatives from August 2015 to February 2020, and a Project Leader role at Chemical Dynamics LLC, focusing on client projects and proposals from January 2010 to August 2015. Mihir's career began with research roles, including a Research Assistant position at the Coating Research Institute and an internship at General Motors. Mihir holds a Master of Sciences degree in Paints and Varnishes from Sardar Patel University.
