Gianluigi Mason

Gianluigi Mason is an accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience at Barilla Group since February 2005, currently serving as Director of Logistics Italy and overseeing Pasta Supply Chain Program Management. In this role, Gianluigi represents the Supply Chain within the Pasta Category Board, managing logistics activities and supplier relationships in Italy, as well as leading international transportation procurement and execution. Previous roles include overseeing production at the Rubbiano Sauce Plant and managing integrated supply chain planning for Barilla America. Gianluigi also contributed to the integration of SAP R/3 for international subsidiaries and has a background in RFID technologies from the University of Parma, where a spin-off company focused on supply chain management and food traceability was founded. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Parma.
