Louisa Andriof

Louisa Andriof is currently serving as a Human Resource Intern at Barilla Group since August 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Werkstudent in People & Culture at EINHUNDERT from June 2023 to August 2025, and an HR Intern at SunExpress Deutschland GmbH in March 2020. Additional experience as a PEO Assistant was gained at Stanley Park Ecology Society from September 2019 to February 2020. Louisa holds a Master of Arts in Wirtschaftspsychologie from CBS International Business School, enrolled from August 2023 to August 2025, and completed a Bachelor of Science in Sozialwissenschaften at the University of Cologne between 2021 and 2023.
