Natalie Howell is an experienced marketing professional with a strong track record in leading strategic marketing initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Marketing Excellence Director at Barilla Group since March 2021, Natalie is responsible for the creation and implementation of a future-oriented marketing vision and framework, alongside providing leadership to the London team. Prior roles include Director at Brand Learning, where Natalie developed and delivered marketing capability programs, and Senior Brand Manager positions at Danone and Green & Black's, managing significant brand strategies and growth targets.
