Veronica Scaratti

Veronica Scaratti has extensive experience at Barilla Group, starting in August 2010 as an intern in Total Productive Maintenance, and progressing to a Purchasing Professional for Promotional Materials until January 2011. Since April 2011, Veronica has held multiple managerial roles, including Plant Planning and Warehouse Manager, Transformation Manager, and Supply Chain Network Design Manager. In these positions, Veronica has led projects aimed at optimizing production and distribution networks and working capital, while designing the company's production and distribution strategy to align with long-term market needs, maximizing investment returns and minimizing costs. Veronica holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Università degli Studi di Brescia, along with training in negotiation from Scotwork.
