Lauren Beel

Lauren Beel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and finance. Currently serving as the Head of Global Consulting Operations and Head of Corporate - US at Baringa Partners since January 2020, Lauren has held multiple leadership roles, including International Business Delivery Manager. In addition to work at Baringa, Lauren is an Independent Member of the Finance Committee at Scope. Previously, Lauren spent nearly a decade at PA Consulting in various positions such as Management Consultant and Strategy and Planning Manager to the Office of the COO. Early career experience includes roles at Marriott Vacation Club International as an Assistant Accountant and at tremco illbruck group as an Accounts Payable Clerk, along with a foundational position as an English Language Assistant with the British Council. Lauren holds a BA Hons (2:1) in European Languages and Cultures from Durham University, completed in 2006.
