Louise Golding is a seasoned HR and business operations leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner at Baringa since January 2024, Louise also holds a position on the Board of Directors for With Grace Initiative, a nonprofit focused on supporting children with cancer. Previous roles include Resident HR Executive Advisor at Fordi, Founder & Principal Consultant at Floresco Consulting, and SVP People and Business Operations at Transit Wireless, where Louise was responsible for shaping organizational strategies and HR transformations. With a strong educational background that includes a degree from the University of Hull and executive education from Wharton and Harvard Business School, Louise has a proven track record in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
