Neil Maidment

Neil Maidment is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and transformation leadership within the power and utilities sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Baringa Partners since May 2015, Neil previously held the position of Director at Ernst & Young from March 2007 to May 2015, where responsibilities included leading major transformation programmes. Prior roles include Associate Partner at IBM (2002-2006) and Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (1996-2002), focusing on IT programme and project management. Neil began a career in project management at Marks & Spencer from 1990 to 1996. Academic credentials include a BSc Hons in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of St Andrews and an International Baccalaureate from Lester B Pearson College.
