Ysanne Hills

Ysanne Hills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consultancy roles. Currently a Partner at Baringa since January 2012, Ysanne has held various positions within the company, including Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant. Prior to Baringa, experience includes significant roles at ELEXON from October 2004 to January 2012, where responsibilities ranged from Propositions Development Manager to Change Assessment Consultant. Early career stages involved working as an Account Manager for Hotonline. Ysanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Imperial College London and is pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, expected to be completed in March 2025.
