Dan Harris

Dan Harris, CFA, is a highly experienced investment professional currently serving as a Senior Director and Senior Research Analyst for Industrials at Barings since June 2022. Previously, Dan held the position of Head of Private Credit at Fitch Ratings, where responsibilities included overseeing approximately 1,500 private credit ratings and managing a team of analysts. Prior to this, Dan amassed significant expertise at Citadel, focusing on US Corporate Credit and Convertible Arbitrage, consistently generating positive alpha across multiple asset classes. Additional experience includes critical roles at Neuberger Berman and Fitch Ratings, where Dan contributed to fundamental research and led trade idea generation. Dan holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
