Elizabeth Murray

Elizabeth Murray has extensive experience in financial leadership, having served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Barings from August 2018 to April 2023. Murray's roles at Barings included Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer for BBDC, BCIC, BPCC, MCI, and MPV, as well as CFO for BGH and Managing Director of Barings LLC. Prior to Barings, Murray was Vice President of Financial Reporting at Triangle Capital Corporation from March 2012 to August 2018 and held positions such as Manager of Forecast & Planning at RBC Bank and Lead Financial Specialist at Progress Energy. Murray's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science and Master of Accounting in Accounting from NC State Poole College of Management, completed in January 2000.
