Joseph Plank

Joseph Plank is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private credit and leveraged finance. Currently serving as Managing Director at Barings since July 2024, Joseph previously held the position of Director - Private Credit at Ardian from October 2021 to July 2024. Prior experience includes Director of Leveraged Finance Origination at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Associate Director and Associate in Leveraged Finance at GE Capital, and Assistant Director in Structured Finance at Royal Bank of Scotland. Joseph began their career as an intern in the Institutional Client Group at Citi. Joseph earned a BA (Hons) in English from the University of Leeds.
