Kristin Jasani

Kristin Jasani has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Kristin started their career as a Program Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County, where they were responsible for managing volunteer activities and collaborating with various departments for project implementations. Later, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis at Bank of America. Kristin then joined the National MS Society, Greater Carolinas Chapter as a Community Development Coordinator, before moving on to Meridian Technologies as a Recruiter. In 2016, they took on the role of Recruiting Lead at DISYS, and then joined Barings in 2017 as the Director, HR Technology Lead.

Kristin Jasani attended North Carolina State University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2018 and is currently in the process of obtaining the Workday Pro Learning certification from Workday in 2023.
