Lesley E. Garafola

Lesley E. Garafola has extensive work experience in various organizations. From 1994 to 1997, they worked at Villarini & Henry, LLP as a Sports Law Paralegal. From 1997 to 1999, they held roles such as Legislative & Regulatory Analyst at Wells Fargo. From 1999 to 2005, they worked as a Finance Manager and Strategy Analyst at Wells Fargo. In 2005, they became a Legal Operations Manager at Wells Fargo until 2013. Lesley E. then joined Duke Energy Corporation as the Director of Legal Operations from 2013 to 2015. In 2017, they held multiple roles, including Yoga Instructor at Okra Charlotte and Child Advocate at Council for Children's Rights. Since 2017, they have been working at Barings, where they initially served as the Director of Legal Operations and later became the Managing Director, Global Head of Procurement and Vendor Management.
