Lydia Wu

Lydia Wu is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Distribution (Institutional and Wealth/Retail) for Greater China and Southeast Asia at Barings since April 2021. In addition to this role, Lydia holds several board positions, including Director at Barings Overseas Investment Fund Management (Shanghai) Limited, Barings Investment Management (Shanghai) Limited, Baring Asset Management (Asia) Limited, and Barings Singapore Pte. Ltd. Lydia is also the Global Chair of the Barings Women Network for the APAC region. Prior roles include Managing Director and Head of Institutional for Greater China and Southeast Asia at Oaktree Capital Management, Senior Vice President for Greater China at BNY Mellon, Director of APAC at State Street Global Advisors, Vice President for Greater China at Morgan Stanley, and Senior Representative at the same institution.
