Payton Larson Smith

Payton Larson Smith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate equity acquisitions and private equity. Currently serving as Senior Director at Barings since 2021, Payton previously held positions at KKR & Co. L.P. in real estate private equity and at Goldman Sachs within the Real Estate Investment Group. Prior roles include Analyst in Real Estate Investment Banking and Investment Banking Summer Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, as well as Equity Research Intern at Northland Securities. Payton earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2013.
