Daniel Baasen began their work experience in 1985 at Piper Jaffray, Inc, where they served as a Senior Vice President/ Branch Manager. During their time there, they successfully grew the Stillwater office and increased revenues by 500%. After transferring to St. Paul in 1992, they continued to expand the office and increased revenues and profit by 170% in seven years. In 1999, Baasen joined Wells Fargo Private Client Services as a Senior Vice President/Regional Manager. Finally, in 2011, they joined Northland Securities as a Senior Vice President, specializing in managing fixed income and equity portfolios for individuals and institutions. Their primary focus is on helping retirees and pre-retirees preserve and grow their assets for a secure financial future.
Daniel Baasen attended the University of Colorado at Boulder's College of Liberal Arts from 1960 to 1962. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period. Later, from 1963 to 1965, they pursued a degree in economics at the University of Minnesota.
