Sara Tang

Sara Tang is an accomplished professional in the IT and technology sector, currently serving as Director and Head of IT Service Management for the Asia-Pacific region at Barings since October 2017. Over the years, Sara has held multiple leadership roles in technology operations and application services at Barings, following a tenure at Standard Life (Asia) Limited as Senior Manager of Business Solutions and Service Delivery Manager. Prior experience includes positions at AXA as Business Solutions Manager, AIG as Production Support Manager, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as Assistant Manager. Sara began her career as a Senior Information System Analyst at AIA. Sara holds a Bachelor of Computing degree in Information Systems from Monash University.
