Tom Duski

Tom Duski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in rates and derivatives trading. Currently serving as Managing Director at Barings since 2002, Tom oversees trading operations within this domain. Prior to this role, Tom worked as an Actuarial Consultant at MassMutual Financial Group from 1999 to 2002, focusing on pricing for various financial products. Tom also held the position of Senior Actuarial Analyst at ING Life from 1997 to 1999, specializing in universal and term life insurance pricing, and began a career as an Actuarial Analyst at Travelers from 1993 to 1997, where the focus was on structured settlements and life insurance pricing.
