Trent Ball

Trent Ball, CPA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate Director (Controller) and previously as Associate Director (Assistant Controller) at Barings since February 2022. Prior to that, Trent held the position of Assistant Fund Controller at Ridgemont Equity Partners from May 2018 to February 2022. Trent's career began at KPMG, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Tax Associate from August 2014 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Customer Service Specialist at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) from August 2012 to May 2013. Trent Ball holds both a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
