Will Ferguson is the current VP of Growth at BARK. Prior to this, they were the Interim Head of Digital Marketing at Sears Holdings Corporation from September 2017 to June 2018. In this role, they implemented an innovative digital marketing strategy to drive profitable growth online and in stores.
Before their time at Sears, Ferguson was the Interim Senior Vice President of Marketing at Harry & David from September 2016 to May 2017. During their time there, they rolled out a strategy to improve performance in acquisition, conversion and retention.
Ferguson is also the CEO and Founder of Slince, a digital marketing consultancy / agency that specializes in acquisition marketing - paid social, SEM, display advertising, affiliates and SEO - for late stage startups across a number of verticals. Will founded the company in June 2015 and has been CEO since July 2018.
Prior to their time at Slince, Ferguson served as the Chief Marketing Officer at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition from May 2014 to June 2015.
Will Ferguson has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Baruch College.
