Katie Delany

Katie DeLany is an experienced portfolio and community manager with a strong track record in property management. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Barkan Management Co., Inc. since June 2022, Katie previously held the position of Community Manager at Greystar from September 2018 to June 2022 and at EdR Collegiate Housing from August 2011 to September 2018. Throughout these roles, Katie successfully oversaw the operation of multiple properties, achieving 100% occupancy and rate growth, while focusing on resident satisfaction and talent development. Katie also contributed to marketing efforts, resident retention initiatives, and management of annual operating budgets and financial compliance. Academically, Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a minor in Women's Studies from the University of Connecticut.
