Kristopher Gomez

Kristopher Gomez has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on credit operations. Kristopher is currently serving as the Chief Credit Officer at Hometown Equity Mortgage LLC since October 2019. Prior to that, they held the same role at Nations Direct Mortgage from October 2013 to October 2019. Kristopher has also worked as a HomeBridge at REMN from November 2012 to October 2013. Before that, they served as the Manager of Processing/Underwriting at International City Mortgage from June 2012 to November 2012. Kristopher has held various managerial positions in their career, including being the Underwriting Manager at ClearVision Funding from August 2010 to June 2012, and the General Manager at Adair Financial Services from September 2008 to May 2010. Kristopher also worked as the VP, Regional Operations Center Manager at Bank of America Home Loans from September 2006 to August 2008, and as the Regional Underwriting Manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from March 2003 to August 2006. Kristopher Gomez attended South High School from 1978 to 1981. After graduating, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Sound Arts, completing their studies from 1981 to 1984. Following a brief gap, from 1986 to 1988, they undertook further education at San Francisco City College, focusing on Economics without obtaining a specific degree.
