Quique Torres

Quique Torres has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Quique began their career in 2007 as a Junior Software Engineer at France Telecom Spain, where they worked on improving in-house processes. In 2009, they joined Paradigma Tecnológico as a Software Engineer, where they worked on six agile projects and grew from a junior engineer to an engineer. In 2012, they began working at BBVA as a Project Manager/Mobility Consultant, where they were responsible for Spain and Portugal BBVA Mobile Apps. Later that year, they began working at ODIGEO as a Mobile Web Developer & Project Leader. In 2014, Quique joined Barkibu as the Director Of Information, where they were responsible for controlling data information flows across the company applications and designing and implementing processes and use cases that involves multiple systems. Quique also held the roles of Data Architect and Software Development Engineer, as well as CTO.

Quique Torres' education history includes attending Mid Sweden University from 2008 to 2009 as an Exchange Student in Computer Engineering, obtaining a Master in Management and New Technologies from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in 2009, obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria from 2006 to 2009, and obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidade da Coruña from 2000 to 2005.
