Lauren Milligan

Lauren Milligan is a seasoned basketball coach currently serving as the Head Coach at Barking Abbey School since August 2022. Previous experience includes a role as Assistant Coach for the London Lions from September 2022 to June 2024 and Head Women's Basketball Coach at Oaklands College from August 2017 to August 2022, leading the girls academy in the WEABL, recognized as the highest standard in the UK. Alongside coaching, Lauren was a semi-professional basketball player for Oaklands Wolves during the same period and held various roles in customer service and sales earlier in their career, including a Front Desk Receptionist position at David Lloyd Leisure and a Direct Sales Agent role at BRAVINGTON CAPITAL LIMITED. Lauren earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Chestnut Hill College in 2017.
