Chuck LeGros has a diverse range of work experience. Chuck started their career as a Copywriting Intern at Big Big Design in 2010, where they gained experience in technical and web writing. Chuck then worked as a Communications Coordinator to the Department Director at the University of Pittsburgh in 2011, where they collaborated with author Jeanne Marie Laskas to develop the brand of the English Graduate Program.

In 2011, Chuck joined the Carnegie Museum of Natural History as a Technical Writer and Research Editor, where they created compelling placard copy to drive foot traffic to the Section of Botany. Chuck focused on emphasizing human interest stories, collaborating with the curator of the section.

From 2012 to 2014, Chuck worked at Trader Joe's as a Crew Member. Chuck developed a standardized huddle document to improve communication within the team and implemented entertaining meal demos to increase product awareness and conversion.

In 2014, Chuck joined Semantria as a Social Content Strategist. Chuck developed a social media brand guide, grew the corporate Twitter account by 1,100%, and drove affordable conversions with branded shortlinks.

Chuck joined Lexalytics, Inc. in 2015, first as a Product Marketing Manager, where they collaborated with technical teams to align product advertising and content strategy. Chuck then became a Senior Growth Strategist, using text analytics to build personas and lead scoring models.

Chuck's most recent experience is at Barkley, where they started in 2020 as the Manager of Growth Strategy. Chuck worked on aligning processes for a cohesive agency narrative and client experience, resulting in consistent branding and increased collaboration within the agency.

Chuck LeGros earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Chuck has also obtained certifications such as the AdWords Search Certification from Google, which they received in March 2019, and the PPC Practitioner certification from Market Motive.
