Randie Speir

Randie Speir started their work experience as an Art Director Intern at TracyLocke in 2016, where they assisted with concept, design, and layout for the SC Johnson team. Randie then interned as an Art Director at greenlight ad, where they worked on various design projects for clients such as La Quinta Inn & Suites and Gold's Gym.

In 2017, Randie joined The Marketing Arm as a Junior Art Director, where they worked on brand projects for clients such as State Farm, Uber Eats, and Visa. Randie later became an Art Director, responsible for producing new brand work for State Farm and assisting with the development of new business creative. Randie was actively involved in various company committees and served as a representative of Omniwomen Chicago.

In 2023, Randie joined Barkley as an Associate Creative Director.

Randie Speir obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design from Texas Christian University in the period from 2013 to 2017.
