Rose Suire, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and operations within the credit union industry. Since 2001, Rose has served as Vice President of Human Resources at Barksdale Federal Credit Union, focusing on collaboration between management and staff to align human resources strategies with the organization's business plan. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Operations at Carter Credit Union from 1995 to 2001, where Rose directed operational functions to ensure quality member services. Additionally, Rose held the position of Vice President at Shreveport Federal Credit Union from 1981 to 1995, overseeing product and service implementation, branch operations, consumer lending, and business development. Rose holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from LSU Shreveport, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
